Great place for a large group. The sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were well maintained, nice, and spacious. Having that many people in a house can feel crowded but it didn’t here. The hot tub was sadly dirty and we couldn’t get it clean which made us not use it. A bummer cause we were looking forward to it. The theater upstairs had no sound system past the projector itself so we didn’t use that either. Another bummer. But there are several other areas to watch movies and such that are set up really well that it wasn’t a huge deal for us. Overall I’d would rent this place again but would make sure that someone checked the hot tub before arriving. For some bizarre reason the private road to the house was not on Waze so if you do rent I’d recommend using another gps. Obviously that is not on the host though!

Pros - large, comfortable house - great entertaining/play area for adults and kids - good temperature regulation - flexible check in - minimal things to do prior to check out - large kitchen to accommodate a lot of food - close to large grocery stores Cons - not all the beds had blankets (we had to buy some) - one or two of the bedrooms may not have been cleaned very well - internet router didn't work during our trip (would suggest back up router in case this happens again) Overall my extended family and I had a great time at this house. A few more things would've made it perfect. I would recommend the house as the cons are things that can be easily addressed.

Place was perfect for a large group. Some of the bedrooms lack airflow and get stuffy at night. Overall the house was good.

Amazing place to stay! Host is very respondent, check in is easy and the house had seemingly endless features to keep everyone entertained. The house is located in a secluded area with great privacy as well.

good enough. the house in in rough shape. hot tub didn't work with no notice to us, and no rebate sent despite being promised. fire alarm ran out of battery at 3am in the master bedroom and chirped, ruining our 1st night there. decent space for a big group.
