My group of friends and I had a great time at the Harbor Inn. Check in was very simple, the unit was clean and the location was great. We all especially enjoyed going to the Red Dog grill for a few drinks; it's just too bad that the Tiki Bar was closed when we stopped by.

The place & location overall is very nice and has potential, however it needs a little work regarding communication. The communication I received from airbnb regarding check-in and check-out procedures/unit information was different than the information in the unit. I wasn't sure which instructions to follow as they were different from each other. My biggest frustration though was that we had an issue with the air conditioning not working. I sent a text as instructed if issues arose and never received a response. Finally, I just called the resort and they were very responsive. If you don't need anything during your stay, you'll be very pleased. I get it that things break. It wasn't that big of a deal about the air conditioning not working, but not getting any response for 6+ hours was not acceptable.

A new place with so much potential. The Red Dog will be amazing when open. The pools seem really small. The location is great. The manager was SO HELPFUL! Highly recommend.

We had a great trip with all the recommendations from Rich at Harbor Inn. Downtown Ottawa was charming! And access to so many great parks. Cant wait to try this for summer. Once some of the breakables were stowed away, this was a place friendly to our family with younger children (6&3).
