It was good place with well furnished and good bunch of amenities. But caretaker was not good and not coming regularly. Ground floor has one old man, very dirty and filthy, doesn't take bath for days or weeks together and doesn't change clothes too. He welcomes you on arrival. We literally had to use mask and perfumes to avoid smell. Otherwise grocery and vegetable shops are nearby.

The location is very central if you want to go to noida or central and even west Delhi. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby to help you with a comfortable stay. Overall Good Amenities and Services provided if you want to cook your own food also. Would definitely recommend and would like to visit again

Overall, my experience staying in Rohan's Airbnb was comfortable. However, I must say that the location of the house was a bit disappointing. The neighborhood in which the house is situated could be described as a slum, and the surrounding area was quite dirty. I found that I had to rely on Uber to get around, as there were no rickshaw stands nearby. This may not be an issue for those with their own vehicle, but the surroundings do matter a lot when it comes to choosing an Airbnb. Nevertheless, the house itself was comfortable and provided me with everything I needed for a pleasant stay
