We had a lovely 2 days staying at Little Underhill. There were 6 of us (ages ranging from 7 to 73) - plus a dog - and the cottage had ample space and the set-up worked very well. Was very clean and nicely decorated in keeping with its country location. Very well located if you want to go for walks. Lisa even took our kids to feed the llamas! Thank you.

Our family's weekend retreat at Under Hill House to celebrate my mother's birthday was ideal. The setting, ample space, and log fire created a wonderfully warm and cozy atmosphere. I would definitely book it again.

Such a lovely house- really well laid out and perfect for family stays with lots of toys and games for little ones. Our kids loved the bunk beds! Beautiful garden and walks nearby, including llamas, and a great spot for exploring nearby castles. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again.

What can I say, this place was perfect for my family who used it for a birthday weekend meet up as a half way point between Bristol and Yorkshire. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, with 3 large double bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and a kids bunk bed room. Not to mention the games room. The kitchen and utility are very well equipped and made it very easy to eat in during our stay, the Aga is easy to use once you know how (thanks for the great instructions Lisa). The garden is beautiful and much to my children's joy, it was rather exciting to be greeted by 2 Llamas each time we ventured out. Thank you to Lisa and Alex for the use of their amazing house and I'm sure we will be back again. Jenny & Family

beautiful house, loads of room. we particularly loved the kitchen warmed by the aga, it was always a cosy space.
