My room is located in a quiet family neighborhood with convenient access to nearby amenities and attractions. Bedroom: You will have access to a cozy private bedroom which includes a desk for working or studying, a walk in closet for storage, blackout curtains for better sleep, and a smart TV for entertainment purposes. Bathroom: You will have access to one full private bathroom right next door to the bedroom, It has a nice tub shower combo, excellent for soaking in after a stressful day. Kitchen: This spacious shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals or make a nice dinner. It is all electric with a microwave, dishwasher, center island, and lots of extra preparation space. + Plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, plates, plastic storage containers, silverware, spices, cooking utensils, and more. Note: Room and property is non smoking! We require a two night minimum booking. Age requirement 21 years or older.
