Bekim’s unit was convenient but I found it very expensive for what was offered. My main issue was with unclear instructions for entering the rental. It was not clear in the booking that the property holds several vacation rentals. I noticed a 1 in the address and since there was no other indication of which unit to enter went into unit 1 only to find the belongings of another guest. I immediately received a call and text from Bekim instructing me to go to a different unit but it was strange that if he knew I was there didn’t come to help address the mix-up. Also the instructors said the key would be in a lockbox but the door was open so that was also unexpected. Also poor soundproofing meant that we could easily hear guests in the other 3 units that occupy the same building and was worried others would be disturbed by our kids playing. I would not stay here again.

Great location. Close to Whiteface and the town of Lake Placid is great.

Very close to town and xc skiing
