We want one night for a concert. The house was close to the stadium and had GREAT local bars and food. Check in was easy. Matthew was super responsive. We had no issues! Would definitely book again!

Matt’s home was perfect for my sister and I. We enjoyed the front porch in the mornings. He was very friendly and responsive, and his recs for neighborhood spots did not disappoint! Highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. We were close to a lot of local spots and an Uber into downtown was quick and pretty cheap. Beds were super comfy. Thank you for hosting us!

Matthew’s place has plenty of space and is nestled in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The house is very cozy and has cool vintage feel. Plus it has all the amenities that you would expect. I would highly recommend if you are looking to spend a few days in Nashville!

Incredible location, this was my first time in East Nashville and I would definitely recommend it. The house is old, but quaint and clean. Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive.

I'm a Hoosier native from rural Indiana and graduate of Purdue University who works as a freelance multimedia producer in television, video, music & web development. I've been lucky to have my work take me through 30 different countries so far and nearly all of the states in the U.S. I've made homes previously in West Lafayette, Indianapolis, East Nashville, and Austin. I love traveling and exploring abroad and throughout the U.S., outdoor adventures, sharing interesting food and drink with friends, running, making music, hanging at home with my animals, and lots more. If you're a craft beer drinker and would like to make an out of state trade when you're visiting, please let me know in advance. I'd be happy to swap! Being an Airbnb host for years has really helped me show off some of my favorite US cities, between Austin & Nashville. I love getting to know different people from around the world, growing my circle of friends, and appreciating all of life's new experiences.
