Wir wurden von Maria und ihrer Familie herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen! Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, wir hatten gute Gespräche und bekamen auch verschiedene Tipps für unsere Reise. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit allem was man braucht, die Lage wunderbar ruhig. Als Gastgeberin kann ich Maria nur empfehlen…alles tiptop!!!

Maria and the whole family were fabulous. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make me feel welcomed and to facilitate my stay. The house is lovely and was the perfect break from the city. My room was very spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Maria's home to friends and family.

Our stay with Maria and Gordan was one of the highlights of our trip. They could not be a warmer and more welcoming couple, their kids also great hosts and very polite. From the moment we arrived chatting in the kitchen we knew we were in the right spot. I wanted an immersive experience, thinking back to the days of bed and breakfasts traveling through Europe and that is exactly what we got. Maria is a most attentive, she showed us where everything was and was wiling to make us breakfast for example, but also gave us the room to do it ourselves. I felt totally at home moving about the kitchen, making my coffee or anything else. I loved our chats over breakfast with the family. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Carickmacross and family we were there to visit. I'd highly recommend Maria's place to anyone traveling to the area. You will l not find a better place to stay. We will stay there the next time we come back to the area without a doubt.

Très bon séjour chez maria avec un super accueil qui met vraiment à l'aise. Maria nous a proposé le petit déjeuner et recommandé pleins d'activités sur la route de notre retour à Dublin. Je recommande vivement !

Thank you for a lovely stay Maria 😊 The private space you have in the house is large with a closet for your clothes and private access to your shower room. The bed is like sleeping in clouds!! Maria is so welcoming and opened up her home for us to feel comfortable enough to chill in the common areas if we wished! The kitchen is a lovely space to have a cup of tea - keep an eye out for those cupboard handles 👌🏼 Maria and her family were so easy to talk to and were very helpful with our stay (to attend a wedding at Cabra Castle - about 18 mins drive away). We also visited the local town - Carrickmacross and would recommend both 'Homebake Cafe' and 'The Red Door Cafe' for breakfast/lunch! I would definitely recommend staying if you get the chance! 🌟🌟🌟
