Stay was great - and so convenient that the thermal springs are literally next door. Reception gave us great recommendation for dinner and there’s lots to do in the area

It was okay, unfortunately we could not use the hot baths what we were looking forward to (Sunday) and the room was not ideal for us as we were traveling with a baby and sleeping room, living room and kitchenette is all connected. Was not the cleanest either.

Really nice facilities here! The room was massive, with a great view, and we were told about the hot springs when we checked in, which is a must-visit!

The room was clean, the staff kind and the in-room spa bath lovely. I was however disappointed at the quality and value of the stay - for instance, the advertised in-room movie channel is non-existent, and the internet is intermittent. The stay does not include any discount to the spa and hot springs next door, which is quite rough. Additionally, the hot springs charge for towel, dressing gown and locker hire (so add around $20 to the hefty $57 spa!), and is quite a small hot springs space. We also, sadly, had the breakfast buffet at 9.15am (for another $30pp on top of the $400+ room), and the 'hot food' was cold from sitting too long without being updated, the bread was stale and the fruit had run out. No discount (or info!) was offered for coming in when they were, it turned out, no longer cooking food. While a clean and comfy space, it was unfortunately not really worth the expense.
