Mistletoe Estate lies in the pristine hills of Uttarakhand, 22kms from Ranikhet close to a sleepy village hamlet called Bhatrojkhan. The Estate houses a very tastefully and elegantly done Chalet. The Chalet is surrounded by lush green cover of Oaks, Cedars, Rhododendrons, Cypress and Pine trees. Our mini fruit orchard adds to the charm with fresh produce of Cherries, Plums and Peaches ; While Barbets, Magpies and Warblers keep you company! The Chalet on the Estate can house a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is beautifully furnished with accents and artefacts from a designer in Italy and our travels around other parts of the world. The coziest nook is the Attic which is the perfect retreat for reading and unwinding.

The Estate boasts of amazing flora and fauna with more than 80 varieties of birds, monarch butterflies, deer and the occasional Leopard.
There are many places of interest around the estate which include some very old temples, a well stocked museum in the army cantonment and Chaubatia garden.
Nainital & Almora are a 2 hour (very picturesque) drive away and are highly recommended day trips.

By Road:
Getting to the estate from Delhi is possible by road which is approximately an 8 - hour drive via Jim Corbett National Park.
By train:
There's a superfast from New Delhi daily which reaches Kathgodam at 11:30 am and from there its a 3 hour drive to the estate.
Alternatively one can take the overnight train from Ramnagar and from there it’s a 2.5 hours drive
By Air:
There are flights from New Delhi to Pantnagar which is the nearest airport. from there its a 4 hour drive.

“We had a dream where we’d have this house surrounded by orchards, where we’d grow our own food and have clouds for company… Mistletoe Estate is that dream come true at its very best!” -Meenakshi It has now come to life with orchards of exotic fruit and dry fruits. Our precious organic farm where all kinds of herbs and spices have been growing for the past two years. And our beloved pet cow Renee, who we rescued from a forest nearby. Self Sustainability is one of the major highlights of the Estate. We grow and harvest all kinds of fruits and vegetables. We have incorporated the use of Solar Power as and where it is required. We are a plastic free zone.
