Mary was totally responsive and available. Great communication. The Grogan House is amazing. It's like a little slice of California history. It's cozy and comfortable and not ostentatious. Loved the little touches like fresh flowers on the porch. The porch is amazing. We spent most of our time on the porch. Had a great stay and would come back to explore the property more. Never made it to Pinnacles cuz it was so enjoyable just on the property. Great getaway hideaway that gives you a peek at what California was like before all the development. Just beautiful rolling golden hills.

Spent a 4th of July week-end at the Ranch with some friends, it was such a great time ! The house is HUGE and majestic, surrounded by a nice lawn and garden. The pictures don't do it justice ! The spacious porch is a great place to hang out and enjoy a dinner that you can cook in the huge industrial kitchen which includes all the amenities you can think of. The place was spotless, instructions were clear, communication was easy. There are a few hikes that you can do on the Ranch property as well ! This is truly a unique and special place especially if you're looking for a quiet, remote, out of time experience !

This is a truly one-of-a-kind place. The Grogan House is a brilliantly restored historic farm house, huge rooms and authentically restored. Don't expect to find flat screen TVs in the rooms, but instead expect to find a beautiful historic artifacts and tasteful decorations in each room, a huge living room, a massive formal dining and an industrial kitchen complete with butler's pantry. It's remote and rural, which for us was a feature, not a shortcoming. However, the little towns of Tres Pinos and Paicines are about 15 minutes away and Hollister is about 30 minutes away. Also 30 minutes away is the breathtaking Pinnacles National Park, well worth a visit no matter what time of year. Lovely, lovely place.

I can’t recommend the Grogan house enough, it’s a fantastic house with a dream porch and hard to beat views!
