Great spot for a large group or family heading to Penn State. Pool, fireplace and outdoor bar area were big hits.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating our son's graduation with family and friends at Nicole's house. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, has a gorgeous patio with corn hole and a fireplace (we were out of season for the pool but it looks great.) We had plenty of space to be comfortable and lots of gathering areas to enjoy the company. The pool table was a huge hit with our crowd. Nicole responded to my questions and was very kind. I will add that many homes in the areas charge astronomical prices for special weekends such as PSU graduation - Nicole did not jack her price up like many do and we appreciated it. Especially for the lovely home and patio and fun recreational activities that the property offered us. It was a very special weekend in that setting.
