Small fourth floor one parking pass only not allowed to use the gym unless your a owner couldnt bring drinks or food through lobby had to walk around. Shower was small Beds were not that comfy Pool was cool to have!

My family had a great stay at this beach apartment. Host provided key pad code prior to arrival and we were able to access the apartment without any difficulty. Did have some confusion with facility staff over purchasing an additional parking pass but luckily there was plenty of street parking available for purchase during our stay. Would recommend this apartment for a great, relaxing beach vacation.

Very nice place, quiet area. Nice for family. Just want people to make sure to bring your own toilet paper/paper towels and as stated towels and linens. Besides those things there was plenty of dishes and anything you’d need to cook. Make sure you check cabinets so you don’t waste your money on things you think you may need, cause we did just that and then found them when we started putting things away for example, coffee filters, ping pong balls, ect. Parking is very convenient. Oh and just a heads up, towels are not allowed over the banister to dry outside just put them on the chairs (a guy came to our door to tell us this) Beautiful view of ocean, saw many dolphins, nice shade on the deck area for most of the day. Is a long walk to first pier on boardwalk but we don’t mind walking and the tram car is helpful! Hope this helps anyone deciding on renting.
