The place was perfect! We enjoyed the views of the river as well as the hot tub. The unit was clean and well equipped! We definitely would stay here again!
We stayed in January and were there to ski Beaver Creek. It is a short walk from the Lodge at Brookside to either the city bus line or the bear parking lot shuttle bus to get to the mountain. There is a path behind the condo if you want to walk to town. There are great places to eat in town and it’s very close but not so close. The management company was easy to deal with and communicated well with us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Our bed was great, the master bathroom was great, parking underground. If you are looking for a great place to stay that’s a little out of the Main Street part of town and within reasonable walking distance to the bus / shuttle to get you to the mountain, with amenities to match a ski trip, you have found your condo. King bed in master, with multiple beds / bunks in 2nd room, and even a pull out sofa. Large and stocked kitchen. Mud / ski storage room inside condo was huge and extremely convenient. Washer and dryer in unit too.
This rental was great for 2 nights while visiting Vail. The unit was spacious and could easily accommodate a larger group. It was just two of us. Groceries, Coffee, and Restaurants were all conveniently located. Vail was a short 8 minute drive. Would highly recommend.
It's lovely to be on the river and bike path and the condo is perfectly placed-- only minutes from Edwards, Avon, and B.C. I realized, after rereading the description, that the condo was not promised to be the one featured in the photos; however, it was disappointing to get something so different-- no loft, less space, not as modern. I won't again select a listing that does not have exact pictures of accommodations. The bathrooms need deep cleans -- and there are areas with spider webs and debris that give the space a cabin feel instead of a well-kept condo.
Roomy and relaxing digs. Close proximity to a bike/hiking trail. Check in was a bit complicated, after that, everything was great.
