The property and host was absolutely amazing, but Belvilla is letting them down with their poor customer service. Belvilla never responds to any questions/requests…. Then i call to extend my stay and they never phone me back or message me - even though they say they will. We had a very bad customer service experience with them! But again, host and property is amazing, we would love to come again soon.
