Nardaliz helped us out of a terrible jam. We lost one of our passports and were not able to board the cruise ship we arrived on. Nardaliz was very accomodating and allowed us to make an emergency stay. She was very kind, available for everything we needed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Nardaliz for any future stays in the San Juan, Puerto Rico area. Thank you again Nardaliz!

Nardaliz is very communicative; she reminds me of a Tía! Each time I messaged or called her before my arrival and while there, she was available. This place is truly sized for a single person or two people who are very in love or the best of friends. Although it rained, the rooftop would have been a really nice and chill spot. If noise bothers you, don’t stay here. It didn’t bother me at all but I occasionally heard dogs and cars. I loved that my first time in PR was spent in a neighborhood & I’d definitely stay here again. I waited at the corner (5 feet away) for my Ubers/transportation bc it’s easier than explaining how to get to the apartment. It’s close to everywhere you could want to go but tucked away when you’re ready to rest. It didn’t take me longer than 20 minutes to get anywhere. The AC worked great!! Her house rules are very easy to follow without being inhibiting. If you need anything before or after you arrive, just reach out. Nardaliz is definitely a super host.

At first it was hard finding this place because the address is not the same as it is on the airbnb description. The taxi dropped us off in the middle of the street and lefted us but that wasn’t nardaliz fault. I messaged her and asked her where was her exact location and she gave me her number and once I called her she was nice enough and didn’t hesitate at all to come pick us up and take us straight to the airbnb. Minus that the stay was overall nice and she was very responsive to our needs also we was about 8 maybe 12mins away from each location we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again.. thanks Nardaliz !!
