Looking to stay at a well designed, clean, fully equipped and beachfront house - proceed with the booking! The communication with Fredrik before, during and after our stay was super easy, very fast response. Wake up to the sunrise and look right out onto the beach and cleanest water, can it get more idyllic? Fast internet and enough space to work, well equipped kitchen/bath. Private Parking space right in front - car is recommended as property is away from stores (which makes it so quiet and private). Would book again!

The owner admits to having over-saturated the photos of the house, because the beauty of its location has to be seen with the naked eye to be appreciated. I spent three magical days snorkeling in my own backyard! The house is very comfortable. A car is the best way to get there. And there are many worthwhile restaurants close enough to drive to. I’d gladly have spent more time in this house.

The most perfect place, Fredrick’s home was perfect and Amami was one of the best trips of our lives. Plenty of amazing restaurants close driving distance, however be prepared to come with Japanese language skills as English is hardly spoken. The beach was basically completely private (maybe 5 other people on a busy day and far down the beach) and the weather could not have been better. Coral reefs just off the shore and Fredrik provided snorkel gear. We rented stand up paddle boards from a local shop where we also rented our car which would definitely recommend. Fredrik’s place came with everything you could need for a perfect stay on the beach. We woke up with the sun every morning and watched the sunrise from the balcony. Could not have asked for a better trip and will definitely return again.

素敵な滞在になりました。ホストには、チェックイン前からおススメを紹介いただいたり、柔軟な対応をして頂きました。 ありがとうございました。 ロケーションがビーチフロントで最高です。 目の前の海でシュノーケリングができ、魚もたくさんウミガメにも逢えました。 幹線道路から少し入り込んだ場所なので、とても静かですし観光客もあまり来ないエリアのようで、 プライベート感が高くゆっくり過ごせました。 とても充実しており、また滞在したいと思いました。
