Great location, super close to the beach. Beautiful place on the inside and also nice outside with deck chairs and a fire pit. Extremely clean home.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. The owners were very responsive and we had everything we needed at the condo. It was so nice to be within a short walk across the street to the beach. We can’t wait to come back to beautiful Amelia Island and will definitely stay at this perfect condo again!

The place was perfect for our needs. 10 min drive to everything around and beach access right across the street. WiFi was spotty but wasn’t a big deal. Will definitely stay here again.

This home has 2 main selling points. Cleanliness and proximity to the beach. The area appears to have been recently renovated, and it is very clean. The floors, the kitchen, the bathroom, all nearly sparkle. Cleanliness is a big requirement for us, and I had no qualms about this home. The other selling point is the proximity to the beach. It is literally a 5-minute walk across the street and over the protected dunes and then you are there, on the beach. The place has a great little private outdoor area with chairs and it too was very clean. The only downside to the home was that it is in a duplex, and you do share a wall with another family. The family staying next to us was not particularly loud, but the wall must be very thin, because we could hear talking, pans, furniture etc. quite clearly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to stay. The owner was very responsive, and the perks overshadow the one negative I listed.

THE place to stay if you love the beach life! Directly across the street from the ocean, tropical surroundings, clean and comfy furniture and wonderful amenities. We loved the added touch of the record player with Jimmy Buffett record! The outside sitting area was a great way to end our beachy days. Great stay!
