This was our 2nd winter spent at this location. Miguel has made several improvements since last year, and he specifically responded to my notation that a bedroom floor needed repair…he replaced it! He’s added a/c in two additional bedrooms….but we didn’t use either. He’s added an oven in the kitchen, a nice outdoor platform overlooking the Central Valley & nice garden. We had a problem with the clothes dryer and Miguel & his crew responded very promptly. Things move a little slower in CR, but Miguel was great. In spite of all the improvements, and there were many, the property is beginning to “show its age”…..it’s still a beautiful location, groundskeepers/pool service arrive weekly and do a great job. One complaint…..lack of a power operated gate. We have to lock/unlock/open/close each time we leave/return to the premises. Nearly every other house has a power gate. Not a problem for short stay guests, but we stayed for nearly 3 months. Miguel is a very good guy!

This view from the pool is amazing! The pool was beautiful, perfect temp and so relaxing. The outdoor space is beautifully kept. The house is quite large and comfortable. The primary bedroom is large with a private balcony which was a nice touch. Indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub made for great relaxation time no matter the weather. Tatiana was super helpful throughout our stay also. The only con was the second bedroom has a weird smell, we werent able to use it, but we mentioned it and were told they will be getting it taken care of. We would still absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time! The place is beautiful it’s in a good location to do most touristy things in Costa Rica. There were some incidents with bugs/insects, but you can expect that being in any tropical climate. Tatiana, the co-host, was very responsive and was quick to provide any type of recommendation. If you’re considering staying here you won’t regret it!
