A friend and I stayed while conducting the TerraNova24 and it was an excellent place to prepare, relax, and reset. The unit is easily found on a quiet street that is not too far from the shops if you fancy a walk and a simple drive. It was incredibly neat and tidy and well resourced. Debbie is amazing and was super helpful despite our plans changing several times.
We really appreciated that Debbie’s place was clean and comfortable. It is also convenient being a short drive to Woolies. Debbie was prompt with questions surrounding check in and the process was seamless. We did however find that we had to repeatedly ask for additional toilet rolls. For context, there were 2.5 rolls on arrival between 4 girls for a 4 day, 3 night trip. We also had to ask for more dish rags as there was 1 on arrival for washing the dishes, dish soap (1 packet on arrival) and body wash given that the latter were hotel sized amenities. With the exception of the roll, the other requested items were sufficient. We were provided 1 more roll for the next 3 days. Subsequent request for an additional roll or two was not responded to and we didn’t hear back. Whilst the overall stay was comfortable, I would recommend bringing your own toiletries. We bought our own rolls, shampoo and conditioner from Woolies in the end. Communication could also have been better.
Debbie's place was very comfortable and easy to locate. It was in a good location for exploring down the coast and getting I to Batemans Bay itself. Only drawbacks were 1) not many utensils etc in kitchen, although this didn't bother us as we ate out and 2) it was a bit disconcerting when someone from one of the othe villas walked down the driveway where my bedroom window looked out onto ! No real problem though. All in all we would stay again in Debbie's place
the place was in a great location and just what we were after. Debbie was very responsive and accommodating
