Bedroom: Features a queen size bed, side table, a study table, a study chair, a 40-inch smart TV with free access to Netflix & Prime Video, and a wardrobe with a safe. The bedroom is around 135 sqft We provide fresh bed linen, pillows, and a duvet in each bedroom. Your bedroom has an en-suite bathroom: Western Toilet, Sink & Shower with 24*7 hot water. All study tables have Ethernet points for the superfast internet. We provide fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, and liquid hand-wash. Shared spaces: Terrace: You can use the terrace on the 2nd Floor to chill and to smoke. ( The housekeeper's room is also on the terrace) Kitchen: A fully equipped and functional kitchen -We have a top of the line UV+RO filtration system for drinking water. -The kitchen has a four burner cooktop, electric kettle, toaster/sandwich griller, mixer/grinder, microwave oven and large 2 door convertible refrigerator. -We also have all cooking utensils, eating plates and saucers and serving utensils. -Also available are drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups, old-fashioned glasses, red and white wine glasses. Living Room: A cool chill-out place with surround sound music system and a 49 inch TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos and Music. Security: -The housekeeper stays on the property on the terrace. - The outside of the house, the terrace, and the stairwell are under CCTV surveillance. Other things to note: -There is one more room on the 1st floor, which might be occupied by another guest. -The room on the 2nd floor which I occupy.
