Zach and Colleen were amazing! There were no surprises which was good. Family had a great time. As a friendly reminder, you are able to skip the orientation with the resort. It is not mandatory and it took 3 hours not the 90 mins, even though we told them we were not interested in becoming an owner. So skip it unless you want to be an owner (we did get a nice Visa card for souvenirs). I think I will just rent from Zach and Colleen! Pools were busy especially the Main Pool and the River Island (you must be there early early for a lounge chair). Fun activities for the kids, arcades and golf! Staff was friendly and Zach and Colleen were very responsive. Great value for a family vacation!

Colleen and Zach went above and beyond in their communication and willingness to make sure everything went smoothly. In our backyard, we had a lazy River, two pools, a restaurant and bar. We were situated within the perfect spot for us. The resort condos need some upkeep but they are getting to them slowly but as far as renting from Zach and Colleen, no questions asked would rent from them again. If we had a problem, they pointed us in the right direction immediately. Hope to be able to stay with them again. Thank you again.

We loved this place! It was a perfect location to do Disney attractions and then come back for relaxation and pool time!

Zach and Colleen made everything very easy! The resort is no joke MASSIVE! I would suggest renting vehicle, but there is a shuttle service. There were multiple pools and arcades to keep my kiddo busy. This was great place to stay and hang out in between our park days.
