Super logement, très adapté pour un grand groupe avec un espace de vie confortable et de belles chambres (le nombre de WC et salles de bain eT également un gros plus). La saison ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur mais nous avons apprécié les équipements de la maison. Les échanges avec Bruce et Donna sont fluides et agréables. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons certainement à plusieurs reprises !
Nous avons apprécié cette grande maison chaleureuse ainsi que ses nombreux équipements ainsi que la qualité de l’accueil.
Nous avons passé un très bon week end moi et mes amis !
As said in the ad, the house is rustic, but that is what we were expecting and it was more than enough for us. A few amenities were however a bit old, we for example did not use the downstairs toilet because it was leaking. The house could also have been cleaner, and our biggest issue was probably the cockroaches that came out at night. We contacted Donna who provided traps which seemed to reduce the number of roaches, but the house could probably do with a full desinfestation at the end of the season. All in all we had a very nice time, the salted-water pool was the perfect spot to chill and have fun with the kids. The region is absolutely breath taking and there are a lot of cool activities not very far from the house.

Retired English businessman, I bought Ancien Resto in 2003 and furnished it as a retreat for my 5 games-and-fun-loving offspring. I added Maison Verte in 2015 as a smaller Gite in the middle of the Ouche Valley. I spend a large proportion of the year travelling and discovering new places, either backpacking or by bicycle (I've twice cycled to Greece from London)...but always leave time to spend in Burgundy. I love sharing the houses with groups of people - families or stag-weekenders - who will appreciate the house and everything that the Burgundy countryside has to offer. I hope everybody shares my motto ... NO BORDERS.............. JUST HORIZONS
