It’s a great house as advertised. It’s a short walk away from a cliff overlooking a wadi (valley) that we enjoyed during sunsets. It’s not the easiest to find but the host provided detailed directions that helped a lot. Would return!

Great location in Jebel Akhdar, with a car can access all the hikes nearby. We did Wadi Bani Habib - btw it's easy without a guide just follow GPS to the start then take the right path and follow the painted flags (not the green dots) which go through the 1st village on the right, down through the wadi and back up in a loop through the second. Two nights would be best to explore a few hikes, we only had one. The pool was nice to come back to though not heated when we were there. Be sure to ask the caretaker for whatever you need like where the water heater is for the shower as he is very helpful. The outside gas fire pit was great in the cool evening too and the trampoline and small swings would be good for young children. Lots of space in the kitchen, lounge and porch. As someone else noted the single beds are all very hard but the double is comfortable

Laith was a great host. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms and he did his best to get us a plumber there as soon as possible. There was a caretaker who lived right nearby who we could ask for help with the property. It was well kept. Only complaint may have been the firmness of the single beds.
