I have been here for 2 nights. The accommodation was as I expected, the price of 10 USD per night was worth the service I got. Everybody is very friendly and they always want to help you. The room is a little bit dark, but I had all I need for my stray. Fresh towels, shampoo etc. Usually you will go there for sleeping and having a shower, because holliday in Cambodia is worth to stay outside in the city or doing some trips around Battambang. The description was telling me that there is breakfirst with the accommodation, but they charged me the coffee in the morning and I didn't asked for breakfirst. At the end after check-out they gave me a call to saying sorry because of the mistake and want me to offer a free lunch, but I have been already in the city with some friends waiting for my bus back to Siem Reap. They offer a pick-up with the TuK Tuk and the drive will sell you different trips while your stay. This is ok, they exactlly know the different things to do around Battambang.

Don't believe in negative comments, thus all I will say is check for rental rates of scooter, etc in town. The place is not the greatest, but if you are seasoned Cambodia traveler, you find it ok.

Good Value ... air conditioning and WiFi were great. A little away from the main area of town but a short tuk tuk ride and you’re there. The included breakfast was simple but a nice touch to start off your day.

We had a great time here. The place is off the beaten track and was a walkable distance (1 km/0.6 miles) to the city center. The guest house was kept very clean, the staff were friendly (and helpful with our Khmer), the breakfasts were generous and tasty, and we loved the birdsong each morning. There's a peaceful area with tables and chairs (for breakfast or hanging out), as well as a snooker table. Ty is very forthcoming and available, helped us get tickets to the Phare Circus (highly recommended - we went twice to two different shows), and accommodated our needs. His drivers were safe and helpful. The room we had was a little unusual in decor, but the beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We also recommend the cooking class at the Nary Kitchen, which included a cultural and food tour of the market. (Ty has a sign up in the courtyard.)

We had a nice time staying with Chingsong, who was very helpful in suggesting things to do and organizing transportation for us. A good value for the price!
