Great location, nice front porch, good kitchen and common area. The beds were comfortable. The house is old and has character - some uneven floors, small bathrooms - but it is clean and worked perfectly for our weekend stay.

Bradley was extremely responsive and helped resolve an issue with the internet almost immediately. The house is very close to the beach and we walked there and back multiple times a day. We did have some issues but it might not be a problem for everyone. Namely, 2 of the 4 bedrooms have very little privacy on account of the doors (one was an accordion flap) and of the 2 with working door the there aren't locks. This was also true of the main floor bathroom. Again, perhaps not an issue for some but it did not meet our expectation. That said, it was clean and nice, in an awesome location, and Bradley couldn't have been better.

Great location, beautiful house. Outdoor shower was a huge plus, especially since it is just a few minutes walk from the beach!

Location is perfect!! Within walking distance to everything! This was perfect for my family for a weekend getaway. Since it wasn’t in season, not everything was open or they closed early. However, we still had a wonderful time! I would definitely rent again!

There was pee in the toilet upon arrival, there were ants everywhere downstairs, the internet was slow so there was no point in using the TV, the fridge was dirty, showers were dirty. I had to wash all the linens to help with the smell, I cleaned the downstairs shower and toilet after buying cleaning products because there wasn't any. The slopes in the floor were off-putting and almost took me out. I went on a full man hunt for trash bins that weren't there, even asking the contractor from next door to help me. I cleaned that place like my name is on the mortgage which made the trip all the more stressful. There were no blinds or shades on the doors and windows in the kitchen which was uncomfortable at night when walking around. I've never had a stay quite like this and I don't mean that in a good way. I don't understand the cleaning fee just to have to come in a clean up. Now besides that the location was beautiful and Ajs had tasty food and was within walking distance.
