Adam and Marcie have a beautiful spot. it is an iconic location on the creek and a right at home kind of feel to the place. Nothing like any Airbnb that I have ever been to and I loved it!

We love staying in old, historic buildings and Epperly Mill did not disappoint - the building had a lot of charm. The renovations were well done, keeping the historic feel while making it a very comfy place to stay. Everything was clean, the surroundings were nice and pretty much no traffic on the little road meant it was a very quiet stay. Really enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay again on our next trip to Floyd.

Carefully restored Mill had enough of the original wood and authentic look if you love antiques. Yet completely modern and comfortable. Loved the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the stream.

Really interesting place to stay and appreciate the renovation and woodworking details. The floor to ceiling windows add to the peacefulness of this quite location that is only minutes from Floyd’s downtown. We’re glad to have found this gem on our Parkway road trip. The hosts are really responsive; although a bit more attention to cleaning and supplies would be helpful.
