We loved our stay at Laurentide Inn! We stayed on New Years Eve, and checked in during a busy Buffalo Bills game. Marla came out to meet us and offered us free drinks which, to us, more than made up for the noise. It was fun being able to hear people cheering from our loft, and to be able to go down and join in! We were glad it died down eventually and our New Year’s Eve night and New Year’s Day morning were peaceful and quiet. We appreciated that Marla had no problem with us bringing our 6 month old puppy, she even had food and water bowls set up! The only downfall was that in preparing for our stay, I had to get airbnb involved due to lack of response. Once that got resolved everything went smoothly! We had a great stay and would love to stay again!

I loved the farmhouse kitchen and loft bedroom. It was cozy& charming. The brewery below was convenient and beer & food good. I also enjoyed the homemade breakfast in the main house. Walking distance to Microtel Hotel where friends wedding group stayed. I would definitely come back & stay again.

Wonderful place and very very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. Very clean and the free drink chips for the brew pub below was spot on! Thank you Marla!

It is a wonderfully kept place, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Minimal instructions which I liked! We were ready for the band music and people in the bar (and outdoor seating) right outside so it did not bother us. Once everyone left at 9 it was very quiet and peaceful and so nice to be tucked away right downtown.

The Air Bnb was very easy to get to, and located on the premises of an adorable brewery. The inside was very homey and inviting! Marla was very informative on how to arrive and check in and provided travel essentials to make us feel right at home. We would love to come back and stay again for a longer period of time! The town of Penn Yan was cute, quaint, and entertaining for a nice morning stroll! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
