Da dove cominciare?! Innanzitutto: voto accoglienza da 1 a 10? Direi 100! Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati una settimana e saremmo voluti stare ancora! Appena arrivati Francesca e Carlo ci hanno ricevuto calorosissimamente anche se era presto la mattina! Colazioni preparate personalmente da Francesca: crostata, treccine e ciambellone...tutto squisito, ne portiamo a casa le prove(chili in più). Ci hanno accolto come se fossimo Ospiti amici loro e non come affittuari; in pratica ci hanno portato in giro per sagre e parchi, erano sempre presenti e pronti a consigliarci posti dove andare al mare, da visitare o per mangiare...mai delusi. Ora parliamo della casa: Dentro rifatta e arredata da pochissimo e tutto era nuovissimo, non mancava nulla. Su due piani raggiungibili con scale a chiocciola(per mantenersi in forma) anche il bagno pulito e nuovo. Fuori giardino con tavoli sedie e sdraio perfette per il relax. Insomma Casa da 10 e Lode. Posizione: Potenza Picena è vicina a tutto. Paesaggio meraviglioso e Borghi circostanti bellissimi; mare a 5 minuti in auto e 10 in bicicletta(da loro fornita). Per attrazioni da giovani chiedete al figlio Nicolò. Ci torneremo sicuramente in compagnia visto che stanno progettando altri appartamenti! Consiglieremo sicuramente a parenti e amici! Il Top

Stop searching for that special place with extraordinary people because you have found it! Francesca and Carlo are the loveliest hosts you will ever meet. Their apartment is cosy and well equiped. They welcome you with a full fridge and freshly baked cake and biscuits. If you feel like it they will take you out and you will see the genuine way of live in Le Marche. Their home is located on a perfect spot whether you like culture, musea, basilica, opera, beach, hills, seafood, wine etc. No need to say that we would love to come back again. Grazie mille Francesca & Carlo!

If you are looking to experience a slice of Italian rural life, along with day trips to some of the most beautiful towns and beaches on the Marche coast then look no further. We arrived from Ancona airport by car to this beautiful apartment, located adjacent to the owners’ home. Driving into the countryside we were greeted by fields of friendly sunflowers and luscious rolling hills. An idyllic setting. We drove along an avenue of trees and were met by Francesca and her husband Carlo. From the moment we arrived, Francesca and Carlo made our stay so comfortable and were the consummate hosts. My husband could speak Italian which made things easier. The apartment/ small house located next to their home is private and equipped with everything you need. Awaiting us was a freshly baked plum tart and Italian biscuits Francesca had made that day. Such a lovely touch. The interior is pretty with a Italian cottage feel. Outside it is surrounded by fields of sunflowers which you wake up to every morning and a private garden area with your own sun lounger and chairs. We were grateful for the coffee machine, kitchen utensils as we love to cook and the television so we could watch the World Cup! Francesca had left breakfast of bread, jams, cereal, milk, juices and bottles of water. Be sure to take a look at the lovely surrounding gardens and fruits & vegetables that are growing. Francesca sweetly gave us lettuce, shallots, tomatoes, courgettes and cucumbers to sample. They were delicious. Bikes are provided and well worth using - a fantastic way to take in the country air and get to the local beach. Porto Picenza, Montelupone, Sirolo, Monte Conero are all nearby and worth visiting by car or bike. We loved trekking up to Monte Conero and wondering down to the historic & picturesque town of Sirolo for an aperitif. It is easy to go on about this wonderful gem of a place made even more special by the warmth of the hosts. Enjoy.
