Wonderful accommodation, beautiful garden, patio doors a bonus so we could watch all the different birds feeding at the bird feeders. Lots of squirrels too, so funny watching their antics. Very spacious, comfortable, clean house, felt right at home. Private parking, WiFi a little slow but to be expected in a semi rural location, nice 30 minute stroll to Wroxham town centre. Lovely to see all the boats, most for hire, river cruises on the big boats running different times of the day. Weather this week has been mostly rain, June 12th 2024, but didn’t spoil my birthday break, we always found somewhere to go. Would definitely recommend The Annex to anyone wanting comfort and peaceful surroundings.

Thank you for a perfect stay , ideal location, very comfortable bed and spacious annexe with lots of facilities. This is a beautiful home in which my elderly mum felt very at home in. thank you for the welcome provisions which were much appreciated . would definately recommend and stay again .

Excellent apartment. Large comfortable and fully equipped. Plenty of natural light and a beautiful back garden to view. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was just as advertised, spacious, clean and comfortable and well equipped, lovely surroundings and garden, the hosts were welcoming and friendly, i would highly recommend to family, friends and onyone wanting to stay in this area
