The place overall is good the environment is good also. But the place is not very convenient for travelling to anywhere since there is no public transport around. Also, there is no water filter inside the room so need to buy water from 7-11. But hopefully the shop are quite convenient since there is one7-11, a bistro on level 3A. I think that the overall is good.

I would NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND STAYING here. There are many reasons: - The location is terrible, as Icon City itself is just off the highway and the access to a BRT or MRT station requires you to dangerously cross the highway to get to it. So it’s not great if you don’t own your own vehicle. Plus there are no shops or laundry facilities near by - The host is ignorant in maintaining the property, with the air conditioner above the kitchen leaking water, the lack of proper kitchen equipment and there is no water filter. Everything, including the furniture is old and ugly - Furthermore, the host is careless about caring to pay for the maintenance fees and electricity bills. This caused me to remain locked out of my own apartment for 14 days with the key card not working For the amount of money that this place cost is not worth even 1/5th of that. I had a bad experience and so I would like to warn you, so that you don’t have to go through the same

First off, I wanna say that the host was very communicative, and most problems I had with the place were resolved in less than a day. The apartment comes with a bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a small induction plate, and an electric kettle. The cooking utensils that came with the apartment were very much appreciated, but the pots were a bit thin and and induction burner cycled, so cooking food went from "burning" to "room temperature" in a few seconds. I brought my own cast-iron cookware from home, and it did much better with the burner that came with the place, IMO. I had a few problems with the apartment. The kitchen sink doesn't work properly, with a flow rate amounting to a leaky faucet. Ants were a big issue, managing to get into the room and all over food, even in the fridge. The biggest issue I had was that at one point, without warning, I was locked out of the complex, because the owners of the apartment had failed to pay for maintenance fees after a while. The security guards gave me a temporary pass while I waited for the owners to act, but being locked out of your place without any notification for something that I couldn't do anything about was pretty horrible. Overall, I think I was satisfied with my stay, but those issues just couldn't be ignored.
