Excellent, clean, spacious condo in walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Very responsive host. Liked the ability to park in garage as it was raining when we arrived so this made unpacking nice.

Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed our time visiting and loved the convenient location! We hosted our four adult children and the space was so nice for everyone. We enjoyed using the kitchen for some at home cooked meals and we were walking distance for meals out. All of us ran Shamrock we were close enough to walk to all the events!

Great location! Spacious, kitchen had most everything needed. Garage was a plus to park in. We went in February so didn’t visit the beach but there are a lot of beach supplies in garage. Very kid friendly with toys and pack n play. Beds are comfortable with memory foam. Would stay again! The only cons (which is small compared to the pros) were the en-suite toilet in smaller bedroom kept clogging even if only tp in it and the front door was hard to lock even when following instruction to pull handle. I felt I spent a quarter of my time messing with the toilet and locking the front door : ) I even got locked out before doing the final walk through (once all kids were in car) and they unlocked the door for me within minutes! Very friendly and responsive!

The house was in a great location, only a few blocks from the beach. Even over a cold February weekend, Virginia Beach gets great sunshine and we were able to walk to the beach, local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The house was such a big step up from a hotel stay, I’m so happy my family decided to go this route. The one main great room was perfect for family time and having two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was like home away from home! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and all the amenities we needed were there. I would definitely book this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Diane was quick to respond with any questions and had an open line of communication throughout our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay, as well as a very comprehensive welcome letter. The location is ideal and we could walk to the beach, numerous restaurants/bars, and had easy access to roads and highways to quickly get to any other part of town. We were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of fenced in yard space for our yellow lab. While the property itself is very private, the fenced area is shared with other homeowners but has direct access from the back door. There are not many fenced areas this large at the oceanfront and it was wonderful to have access to. As a cherry on top, every neighbor we met while either walking our dog out back or in passing on the street were over the moon friendly to both us and our yellow lab. We will absolutely be back!
