Would you like to be based in a prime central area of the city on a street where you can live as a local? This apartment has a great location between Rato metro station (6 minutes by foot) and Marquês de Pombal metro station (7 minutes by foot) and the main public transportation. Here you can have an authentic Portuguese experience and feel safe like a local with lots of amenities around. Target: YOUNG guest who doesn't mind sharing a flat. - In spite of having the kitchen, bathrooms and windows renovated (10 years ago) this house is from the 30´s and retains almost all the original aspects. The floor of the whole building is made of wood and the rooms are not soundproofed like in newer buildings. - 5 Rooms (1 room ensuite + 4 rooms with 1 shared bathroom between 4 guests total) The house is shared between young guests (professionals, tourists, students). 1 GUEST only. No picky guests please!

I stayed in this apartment for almost a month and I liked it overall. My room was very spacious, the bathroom was smaller than I expected but it was okay and I can’t say much about the kitchen because I barely used it. I liked that it’s in a good area. It’s near public transports, supermarkets and coffee shops etc..

Had a great stay here! 😍 Stayed for approx 1.5 weeks but the rest of my flatmates were staying for a month. Comes with everything expected - although remember there’s no living room, just a shared kitchen. Bathroom is not super modern but everything is clean and works perfectly - and amazing to have a washing machine & dishwasher in the apartment! Weekly cleaner too. Perfect location - feels super safe and can walk pretty much everywhere in central Lisbon within half an hour. Communication with Filipe & Manuel was perfect - they’re always contactable to help with anything, they checked up to see how the stay was going & also let me leave my luggage for a couple hours after my checkout time which was super helpful. Thank you!! ☺️☺️
The room is lovely (spacious, with a desk, and wardrobe and drawers). Good internet connection. The flat is very well organised and tidy.

The house is located in a renowned street - Hotel Ritz Four Seasons , one of the country's best hotels is located on this street. By foot you can reach the main touristic points of the city.
It is near the Marquês de Pombal and Rato metro stations , numerous bus stops, the police station, 24 hour pharmacy, Parque Eduardo VII , Amoreiras Shopping Center, supermarkets ( Pingo Doce / Minipreço ), Nova University of Lisbon , Lycée Français , kiosks, hotel rooftop bars, green spaces such as Monsanto (10 minutes by bus from the house: the only urban forest park in Europe).
We are close to numerous restaurants and coffee shops,
Subway Station : 5/10 minutes walking ,
