Even nicer and larger than the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful this time of year. Brett was a responsive and welcoming host.

This was the perfect location for exploring the U.P. and the we love the cute little town of Grand Marais. We took our little 2month old for her first U.P. trip. The house was the perfect size for us and our little one; the pack-and-play fit nicely next to the bed for our little one to sleep in. The house was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.

Hummingbird Cottage was the ideal get-away for a couple. The cottage was comfortable, the location was perfect for walking and bicycle riding around town, everything we needed was readily available! We especially loved the “junk drawer” which had everything you would hope to find!! We used this as a jumping off point for hiking, a boat ride on the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and finding water falls!! We discovered our favorite coffee shop, The Dream Bean Machine on Brazil!! Delicious lattes!! So many friendly people in Grand Marais!! This “find” was an unexpected delight for exploring the UP!!

Hummingbird Cottage is a perfect place to stay. Three blocks from town, an hour to pictured rock boat cruise and just a few minutes to Sable Falls & Log Slide Overlook. Beautiful little town with good places to eat and drink.

This was a perfect stay for my husband, toddler and me! Lots of walkable things to do! Plus close to Pictured Rocks, Sable Falls, etc!! The accommodations were extremely clean and have everything you need! Thanks again!
