We had a hard time checking in because the instructions were not accurate, and the host and caretaker were unresponsive. Also, upon arrival, there was no water or electricity. We had to contact Airbnb customer service before they fixed the issues. However, the place is peaceful and private. We really liked the surroundings. Unfortunately, during our last night of stay, there were guests on the ground floor who were very rude, being noisy and smoking inside the rooms and hallway, which could be heard and smelled even though our room was on the third floor. Hopefully, they will have a caretaker or security personnel to prevent these situations from happening.

Just the perfect place if you want to escape the buzzin’ Metro. Host & assistants were amazing. Felt safe staying in the area too, very secured.

Great location and place. We had difficult time finding the place because it lacks specific details on how we could locate the unit itself. Checking in and checking out is a struggle because the unit is located in the 3rd floor and no one assisted us. But the place and the location is great. Host is also very responsive.

Great place we rented to attend RenFairePH 2024. Situated with a very safe, very comfy Scout Hill with good reach to the city proper and the Canteres Ancestral forest. A little difficult to get to without a dedicated car. The bathrooms on the 3rd floor were a little cramped, however. Well-stocked kitchen with a gas stove and a microwave.
