The quality of this property was not accurately represented and we were left dissatisfied with the lodging provided. We encountered mold and other accuracy/cleanliness issues. As some others have mentioned for listings ran by Romain and Lucienne - it is a bit run down and could use some maintenance or new photos so that the listing accurately represents the apartment. That being said, Lucienne was very responsive and we greatly appreciate his efforts in trying to rectify the situation. But, ultimately, I would not recommend this property at its current state unless the aforementioned issues do not bother you!

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment, amazing location in old town, but not noisy. Would recommend and stay again.

Clean apartment and great location in old nice. Host was friendly. Thanks! Some advice for families- bring a padlock for your stroller. There is a bike rack at the bottom of the stairs. Also no vehicles can drop you off or pick you up near by, we had to walk with all of our luggage 15 mins to a pick up point for an Uber to the airport.

Plusieurs soucis dans le logement... Clim bruyante, canapé complètement usé, draps sales (tâches propres) et non changés, moisissure au plafond de la sdb (parce que pas de VMC). Sentiment de non entretien de l'appartement. L'immeuble comprend presque exclusivement que des Airbnb, on sent que c'est géré par des agences, personne n'habite dans le logement (sinon plus de choses seraient faites). Aussi, c'est un appartement coupé en deux pour deux Airbnb, avec une fine couche de placo séparant les deux. Donc pas mal de bruits avec les voisins directs. Cependant, réaction des hôtes qui ont rapidement envoyé quelqu'un pour différents soucis. Aussi, le logement est très bien situé, au calme tout en étant dans le centre du vieux nice.
