I planned for a short weekend trip, booked a day before arrival and the property was kind of double booked may be due a glitch. Rebecca was prompt enough to call me and helped addressing the situation by ensuring I get the property to stay for the weekend which is amazing. The property doesn't have great restaurants in walkable distance except for the beach shafts but that's manageable. Will recommend this place.

First time here and I have mixed feelings..we stayed in 16a but had loads of trees and bushes covering our view from the balcony..its quite modern but not near as clean as it should be..the radiator near the toilet had very visible urine stains on it..there was visible hair on the bathroom floor and hair on the toilet the mattress on the bed had visibly dipped which wasn't very comfortable also a mattress protector would have been a good idea..there were cobwebs under the bedside units and in the corners of the bedroom..so overall needs a good cleaning..I feel the instructions to park and enter the building should be clearer..that way we wouldn't have had to contact the host ..other than the hygiene the penthouse is in a great position just a short walk to the beach ..although quite noisy.. we were also woken by a very loud window cleaner at 8.30

This apartment is in an excellent location. It was a bit small for a family of 4 - the sofa bed was not big enough for 2 10y kids to share. It was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location is a winner though - 2 minutes to beach.

Great flat with parking in a beautiful location. Short walk to Sandy beach and short distance to restaurants and bars in Westbourne and Bournemouth. We will book this again. Highly recommend

What a fabulous apartment and outside space. Extremely clean, very well stocked and beautiful kitchen. Plenty of bedding and towels available. The location is perfect for the beach and totally walkable. Parking was easy as was check-in. Rebecca was an excellent and thoughtful host. 5 stars all round.
