What a wonderful location and host! My family and I spent a week there, and everything was wonderful! Perfectly located for the boardwalk, local shops, restaurants...everything! Joyce and her family were amazing hosts - very communicative and helpful! We had an issue getting the bikes out of the locks, and she actually rented bikes for two of my kids! Well above and beyond there. Highly recommend!

Joyce was such a great host to us! Gave our 15 month old son new toys to play with. Extremely friendly and very accommodating and attentive to our needs!

Joyce is a knowledgeable, intelligent, kind and accommodating host. We enjoyed our stay in her place with its unique character and comfort for our family of five. There was enough space for everyone and everything was available, plus lots of extra: warm blankets, towels, two coffee machines and dishes. Joyce provided all beach equipment we needed such as umbrellas and chairs and even found a convenient wagon, most favored by our son. When Joyce met our son, she brought two bags of toys appropriate for his age, so he will always remember her as a friendly lady who gave him fun trucks and crayons he enjoyed. Beach equipment and linens provided by Joyce were a huge advantage for us because we had a regular size car and could not bring these things with us. Joyce has a beautiful garden and a private patio to enjoy, especially in the mornings. Thank you for your hard work to make our vacation so enjoyable. We hope to be back next summer!

Joyce was a fantastic host, her apartment was well stocked and provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing shore vacation. There was lots of space for everyone and having two bathrooms was especially helpful. The extra beach chairs came in handy and our kids loved spending time with Houdini, the resident building cat. The building is in a great location, one short block from the boardwalk and within walking distance of the shops on Asbury. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay here again.
