We had a wonderful and relaxing two week vacation. The house is very secluded, private driveway, no neighbors, surrounded by fields and forests (we saw multiple moose and deer), there's a carport with room for two cars, and a very short walk through the backyard leads you to the river. There's wifi in the house, but speeds are very slow and unstable, working remotely is not recommended. The house is very well equipped for a stay of any duration. Plenty of cooking equipment, dishwasher, TV, Xbox, washing machine, dryer, clothes line, BBQ, ... Anything one might need! However, at the moment of our booking the pictures on airbnb didn't fully match the actual lay-out of the house, we noticed some changes were made. The house has two actual bedrooms upstairs, with two single beds each, that can be put together to create a double bed. The third, single bed is located in a dining area downstairs that cannot be closed off. We have requested Helen to update her pictures for future guests :-)

Dejligt sted i fantastiske omgivelser, er man natur menneske så er dette lige perlen for jer.. Huset havde alt hvad vi havde brug for, vi manglede intet.. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen..

Ett utrolig fint og idyllisk småbruk med alle fasiliteter. Reint og fint innvendig og utvendig. Vi hadde rådyr i hagen og ugle i kastanjetreet daglig :) Veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig vertskap. Vi kommer tilbake neste år. Mvh Roy

Secluded place in the forest, next to a river (for a refreshing morning swim) and amazing outdoor shower. The place looks like a house which people usually life in as there is a lot of utensils. Also they had a couple of nice outdoor bbqs and a comfy heated patio to relax on. The wifi was unusuable though, however you may question if you need that if you go to the forest. unfortunately haven’t spotted any wildlife haha..

We spent a few days in Helen's house and that was a very nice experience. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available. Definitely recommended if you like the peace and quiet and a beautiful surroundings. Greetings, Gerda and Ron
