We had a very great stay. Pak nor and all others staff are very kind and helpful. We have the resort all by ourselves. Maybe can upgrade the entrance to the villa. It looks scary at the first time. Haha

very responsive host and service staff, and made our stay very comfortable. however, the jacuzzi hasn't been used in awhile and water was not very clean. it also rained very heavily during our stay and the roof had some minor leaks. venue also advertised salt and pepper but was not available. despite all this the grounds were very beautiful and scenic and the stay overall was very nice.

This is my second stay at Puncak Rimba. Amazing as usual. The only pity was the railway construction outside of the property, which generated some noise pollution in the area. We were woken up by the construction noise in the morning. However, this comment is not directed to the property at all, but simply informing future guests who might want a quieter area to consider this issue.

The place is very well maintain and clean. Very spacious and peaceful. This is a stay in nature so expect insects and mosquitoes but mosquitoes coil keeps it at bay. Landscape is scenic and house layout is traditional that adds to an enjoyable stay. It rains in the evening of our stay and that was a very nice experience listening to the rain falls as we sleep. Morning was fresh on the following day. Preferably to arrive before sunset as the road are not lighted. The host makes the stay a difference. Response through email, taking mobile call and in-situ of Pak Noh was well above expectation.
