我们在Sam的公寓住了77天，交通十分便利、超市 、饭店、药店、便利店 ，理发店 ，美甲店，咖啡馆、随处可见！距离海德公园，摄政公园，Soho，唐人街 等伦敦有名的景点步行可到！帕丁顿火车站步行十多分钟就到了！房间宽敞，干净、有独立厨房（对中国人来说很重要‼️）！这一切都是很完美！很开心认识了Sam和Sudan，我和我先生不会说英语，但是Sam和Sudan 给予我极大的耐心和帮助！下次来伦敦一定会再次住这里！太感谢了🙏🏻！

Nice place, great location, great host.

The host was nice but the beds in the place was not that comfortable (one the twins especially). The shower didn’t drain well, the sink in one of the bathroom was behind the toilet so it was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Many of the stoves didn’t work. The first room on the right, if it was closed completely the person inside would be trapped in unless someone from the outside opened the door with force. The sofa bed outside when put out, it would not be able to withstand much weight on the end and would go in. Overall my family don’t think the place was worth for how much we paid due to the numerous issues. We had limited time in London and would come to rest but many complications inconvenienced us.

Our family of four was disappointed by this place. The person who let us in was 20 minutes late doing so and minimally welcoming in person (as opposed to the "Team"' message communications). Cleanliness was adequate though the bed was badly made. Some of the fixtures were not particularly clean (stove, doors, bathroom fan). There was duct tape across the edge of the kitchen bench and the stove was not intuitive to use and without instructions. Most significantly, the windows let in a lot of street noise, which went quite late. I know London is expensive but we expected more for what we paid.

Sam and team were very friendly, albeit slow to respond. The place was as advertised. The noise level from the outside were acceptable for anyone that has ever lived in a city, but the windows cant be closed completely so its impossible to shut it out. One of the bedroom doors couldnt be closed, and the other one closed so completely that part of our party got locked in until forced from the other side. The location is great, and the apartment itself was satisfactory. We were allowed to check out later than first agreed upon, which was a great boon. Its not perfect, but close enough.
