We had a fabulous stay at Maree's cottage with our baby and mother in law. The view and location were even more spectacular than in the photos. The accommodation had everything you could need and was cosy, clean and comfortable for 3 adults. We really appreciated the warm welcome from Maree and her husband (and good boy Ralph), which included cake, bread and fresh eggs. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Maree is a fabulous host. She gave us a lovely warm welcome in person and had kindly left some provisions for us (to save us going out straight away). The cottage is beautiful, calm and cosy and is full of history and interest (fascinating books in the bookshelf, well-suited furniture and delightful artwork that all create a genuine and peaceful experience). Amenities are within easy walking distance (pub, farm shop, train station) and even further afield to a larger town is a pleasant walk along the canal towpath. Perfect stay (apart from the rain on one of the days!).

Photos of Maree and Mike's place do no do it justice. The warm and cosy rooms were spacious, squeaky clean and felt home-from-home straightaway for a wonderful Easter get away break. Extremely comfortable bed. The eggs, cake and welcome pack was a delight; the animals super friendly and the views just magnificent. Just a short drive from Hebden Bridge for a hearty Hardcastle Crags walk and then Haworth for a day of steam train fun. I heartily recommend Maree's cottage, a secret gem, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful cottage with lovely walks nearby. Responsive host with clear book in and location instructions. Clean and cosy cottage, with homemade bread, eggs, cake and butter left as a welcome gift. Only issue was the driveway was very bumpy, which wasn’t the greatest in my lowered car, but at no fault of the owners, only mine! Lovely place and would recommend!

Really nicely presented cottage with lovely views. It was clean, well-equipped and comfortable and Maree and Mike were perfect hosts. Highly recommended!
