Flat was better than photos which rarely happens. Unit is a block from the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We had some Wi-Fi issues. Aleko went above and beyond to fix the issue. He gave us inside tips about where to go, what to do, where to eat and was great with all communication. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose.

Everything was perfect! Apartment was spotless. Very nice terrace where you can rest all day. Amazing beaches around the vilage. We had a great time!

Alekos is a great host and his place is superb. Its location is great, you can easily park your car and you are just meters away from the main street and center of Nea Peramos. The place itself is even better than in the photos, with an absolutely huge terrace with a barbecue and dining area. There is a smart TV, the bathroom is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all you could ask for and it is super clean. On top of that, Alekos is very friendly and provided ample recommendations for restaurants in the area, which proved very helpful. The check-in and out process is a breeze, Alekos even phoned me when the apartment was ready for check-in. You can easily cook your own food at the apartment if you wish, there are also good restaurants and beach bars nearby, would recommend Apomero and the Liquid beach bar at Ammolofoi beach. You will enjoy your stay at Alekos' place, no doubt, it is one of the best places we have stayed at. Thank you for your hospitality, Alekos!
