Chris was a good host, meeting us on site on arrival and being very persistent when sorting out an issue with the gas on our first evening. The caravan is only a short walk away from the beach, and handy for the centre of Saltburn. Making it a good base for exploring this part of the country.

Chris was the perfect host, very friendly and welcoming and on hand should we encounter any problems which thankfully we didn’t! The caravan was really lovely and cosy, especially during these cold autumn nights. It was a fantastic place to stay in a beautiful location - only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. We all had a brilliant time (including our dog) and would definitely stay here again!

Just what it says on the tin, sea in sight and chris was an excellent host. Caravan was a bit chilly when the gale went through - but that’s hardly surprising on the cliff tops in late October.

Lovely location, nice host but needs to be more responsive. Needs some tweaks and bit of love and care to bring it up to date. Not suitable for colder weather due to issues with heating and shower.

Lovely dog friendly caravan, just five minutes walk away from the beach and sea front. Quiet site and area. Chris was very helpful and caravan ideal... With everything there...
