A lovely and quite recently (2019) renovated apartment with a breathtaking sea view, accommodating two couples with private relevant areas. Located in Samaya Beach Resort with access to all beach facilities. This apartment is configurable. During night time, you just have to close the slide door to obtain two entirely private areas accommodating each one couple (private sleeping, kitchen, washroom). Further more, the living area can easily accommodate an extra couple with access to the washroom.

-Very confortable and big place. - amazing sunset view. - everything is around, like restaurants, Clubs, gym, pharmacies, mini markets… - Nice management and friendly security and life guards. - private parking underground.

Loved this chalet! Hamid is super responsive, always received an answer in less than an hour. He made sure our stay goes smoothly. Samaya is great, heard all sort of stories about Pools not open and not clean. Only one pool out of the 5 was closed and all were cleaned daily. Restaurants, groceries, activities, daily "plat du jour" are all a step away. we'll miss Darseen! Kids had a blast, swimming playing Basket and making new friends! Definitely will consider again!!

This spacious chalet sits in the heart of the seaside resorts and bustling nightlife, as well as the old stone souks (Jounieh and Zouk), and cablecar, which takes passengers up the mountain to the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa. It is also 10 minutes away from Jeita Grotto which was one of the top 14 Finalists in the New7Wonders of Nature. Byblos and its port, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, is 25 minutes away.
The resort carries close by a pharmacy, a restaurant with delivery facilities, a hairdresser, a nail salon, a mobile supplier, and a gas station. Besides its full amenities, the chalet has an underground car parking (that can only be accessed with a magnetic card).
The resort is very safe with ID control. It is located on the 8th floor facing the mediterranean sea. I assume that the pictures posted describe the chalet, however please do not hesitate to contact me should you need extra information or requests concerning the space. I'd love to hear from you!
N.B. - The pools are open from early May to end of October.
