Jim's place was great. There is plenty to do and see in the area. There is also a walk through the fields on the farms land down the the river where if the weather is good you could sit all day and have a picnic. all in all its a great place to stay

We had a delightful 1st visit to Wales. Check in was very easy and the cottage was absolutely beautiful. Lovely and clean, beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, everything we did was maximum 45 minutes drive away. We managed to climb Snowdon, zip world and lots of beaches. The farm was great to walk around especially down to the stream with the picnic benches. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a day of exploring then to curl up infront of the fire and relax was bliss. The kids loved the table tennis and all the green to run around. We dont have a bad thing to say. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be returning to this little gem and recommending it to all our friends. Jim sent lots of information for check in which helped. The cottage had all the equipment we needed and the oven worked well. Heating was perfect to. Thankyou so much for sharing your wonderful cottage.

lovely cottage, clean and cosy. Great to have a hot tub to relax in. Have recommended to others and would come again. x

We booked this accommodation for 3 adults and 2 under twos However upon arrival they counted our under twos as 1 adults and said it's too many of us even tho it was 3 adults and 2 under twos The cottage was very very dirty and was not suitable for children or families On the website it said they have high chair and it was family friendly however there was nothing there available for kids or children There was wires hanging on the radiator which is very dangerous Cleanness is abousoulutly zero Do not recommend

A truly beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing it was close enough to get to the local shops but far enough we felt like we were in our own little private bubble. Will definitely go again. Thanks Jim
