This is the first host made me called the police after I booked his airbnb room. I was threatened extra money and be intimidated would not able to survive in Calgary by this host… I was too exhausted to argue anymore. Just wanna say GOOD LUCK to the later tenants.

It was one of the best stays of my life. The place is in a residential area, quiet and calm, everything essential is nearby and the bus stop is just 1min walk. The house was well organised and equipped with all you need. Moreover, the best thing is that the host is amazing. He is responsive, caring and serves any issues even in the middle of the week. It made my Canada experience a memorable one!

Ok, so this place not suppose to be on Airbnb. If you are not able to clean the place before the guests arrive, don’t rent it. Telling guests not to let other guests into the bathroom is not appropriate. How the owner imagined it? Me standing at the corridor 24/7 and saying to other guests “Sorry this bathroom is only for us from now on?” Asking for 500$ deposit in an apartment where everything is worn or almost broken is not appropriate. (By the way we have not give the deposits, you need to argue about that, but the conversation is tough, because the owner did not speak English) We have stayed only because there was not many options to rent on last minute notice. No hard feelings, but this is the worst Airbnb we have ever visited. Be prepared to clean the whole floor before you can touch anything. Good things the place have Wi-Fi and hot water. You can use kitchen, but it is not clean. They have a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer.
