Rented Leo and Laura’s place for my wife’s birthday, they were very responsive and friendly . I needed to get my wife flowers and Leo and Laura were able to recommend a great flower shop and the flower came out very nice. The house is nice and clean and was right up to the river, we could see the water fall from the back deck. Saugerties was amazing and we enjoyed our stay at the house. I would definitely recommend Leo and Laura place to anyone visiting Saugerties. Thank you Leo and Laura for making my wife birthday weekend memorable.

Laura and Leo were exceptional hosts. The place was great, right on the river, with modern amenities and more accommodations than expected. We had trouble getting into the city late at night and they went far and beyond to make sure we got there safe. If you’re looking for a nice weekend upstate, I can’t think of a better place!

Great hosts, great place! The location by the falls is secluded, but still within walking distance to downtown Saugerties. Laura & Leo were true Super Hosts. They were communicative and friendly, even making sure we were ok after the earthquake excitement. There were so many little touches that they’ve included in their home that made it stand out: yoga mats, phone chargers in the bedroom and kitchen, motion-activated lights on the stairs, extra rain slickers for foul weather and a record player with a collection of fun vinyl. We’d give them 6 stars if we could!

Beautiful scenery and accommodations. The water view plus the walkability to town makes it the perfect spot. Laura and Leo were very very responsive - literally within a minute or two. The house was accurately described - a nice little getaway, close to other cute towns, hiking trails, etc. No complaints :)

I booked this trip for my birthday, and I could not have chosen a better place. Location was excellent, within an easy drive of all of the cute NY towns is wanted to visit during my stay, and the town of Saugerties itself was lovely. The house was absolutely perfection. Cozy, with beautiful views of the creek and the waterfall, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were at home away from home. My favorite part of the trip was waking up to the sights and sounds of the creek, bids, and wind chimes through the open window just above the bed. Laura and Leo were incredible. So attentive and communicative, leaving clear instruction and guidance to make adjusting g to a new space easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting NY, and I hope to go back someday!
