Littlebrook Cottage is a cosy cottage with a lovely outlook in a rural setting, suitable for families, couples or small groups of friends. Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer. Set up as a home away from home, Littlebrook Cottage is welcoming and inviting. Tea and coffee is provided, as well as a few other pantry staples (such as salt and pepper, cooking oil etc.). All taps are connected to our rainwater system, so the water is fresh and safe to drink. There is ample space for parking; wood for the slow-combustion heater is provided during the colder winter months, with reverse-cycle air-conditioning also available. A family-size barbecue is provided, as well as access to a tennis court near the main house. We use mostly eco friendly enzyme-based cleaning products; offer recycling for glass, plastic and cardboard; and provide family-sized shampoos etc to cut down on single-use plastics. If you'd like to check the layout of rooms, there is a diagram at the end of our photo gallery (please note that Bedroom 3 now has a Queen bed - it is not a twin as shown).

We stayed at Julie’s place as a small group and found that we needed/wanted absolutely nothing. From the thoughtful welcome gifts to the well-appointed pantry & fridge supplies and fully equipped laundry, we were made to feel at home and wanted nothing. Julie was a delightful host who ensured we were comfortable and happy, whilst being personally available if required. A delightful bush setting with peace & quiet away from the suburban hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get meals/shopping/sightseeing done. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Littlebrook Cottage. The cottage was pristine and the most well equipped AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and so much more and the cottage contained everything that one might need for a comfortable getaway from the city (latest movies on DVDs, books, beach towels and a picnic mat). The welcome basket of bread, chocolates and a bottle of wine was also a nice touch! All the rooms were comfortable and we also appreciated the beautiful bath products (that we looked up and will purchase for our own use going forward). Communication with Julie was a breeze from start to finish and John gave us a lengthy tour of the property where we got to see some animals, pick apples and macadamias and meet their friendly dog Dexter! We cannot recommend this place enough and will not hesitate to stay here again on our future trips to Margaret River.

We had a wonderful stay at Littlebrook Cottage, it was a seamless experience, Julie and John were wonderful hosts and took so much time to make us feel welcome and go the extra mile. The property was so clean and organised, and we felt properly at home. A lovely, peaceful getaway so close to all the local amenities- highly recommended

We all really loved the house. Very chilled and private, and super safe for kids to go running around a bit given there were no cars etc. Would happily go again!

We live in a quiet rural area, ideal for chilling out, though close enough to Margaret River and Cowaramup to make it easy to go out for coffee, shopping and visiting local wineries, beaches and other attractions.

Although there is no public transport available in the area, the local taxi service and private driver services will pick up and drop off to our address. (Domino's Pizza will also deliver!)

We are a former central wheat belt farming couple who moved to Margaret River in 2017. Although semi-retired, we have a small herd of cattle to keep us occupied. John enjoys fishing, bowls and tennis, while I have taken up Tai Chi and Qi Gong. We love our property; and everything about the Margaret River region - its beaches, vineyards, forests, cafes and restaurants - and really enjoy sharing all of this with the guests who stay with us.
