We had a wonderful three night stay here with our 2yo daughter. Ivica and his wife (their daughter hosts the Airbnb account for them), picked us up at the parking lot, providing a free parking ticket. They helped us carry our luggage to their amazing place. The apartment is on the third floor but feels like ground level. the terrace is lovely and full of sunlight. The location is splendid with restaurants, boat location, bars and supermarkets all within 1min walking. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. Last but definitely not least: they prepared us an included dinner of grilled fish on the last day. Ivica and his wife did an amazing job hosting us. They made us feel like home and hosted us like true guests.

Ivica's father met us, led us to the parking area, and then helped carry our bags to the sweet, bright, apartment. He was warm and welcoming, inquired about our plans and gave suggestions, helped us orient to the town, and was by far the most engaged host we have ever worked with. Obvious care was put into the place, with fresh fruit in the basket and stuffed animals to delight our three year old, placed in her bed. The patio is comfortable and beautiful with blooming flowers, growing vines, and a feeling of being tucked away. The apartment is cozy, and the location is perfect. We visited out of season, so shops were closed, but we would have been right in the middle of the action if our timing was different! It is easy walking distance to the Krka information center and boat and everything else Skradin has to offer. There is also a food market and nice playground nearby. We would definitely return to Ivica's place should the opportunity arise.

Staying with Ivica was so wonderful. He came and Meg us to direct us to the car park late at night and showed such enthusiasm in Skradin and Croatia. His family treated us like family and cooked us a gorgeous grilled sea bass dinner with their homemade red wine. Their generosity and kindness made our stay the best of our visit to Croatia. The apartment is lovely, conveniently located and we used the bikes to visit Skradinski Slap waterfalls. I can’t recommend booking here enough! Thank you so much, you are a fantastic host.
